Until today, this link went to an image which had been saying "ELEVATED" since I first started displaying it, with a caption reading "CURRENT STUPIDITY ALERT:", in July 2009.
Today, it says "NO ACTIVE ALERTS".
If I change it to something like "WARNING SIGNS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE:", they'll probably just change it back.
Damn you, DHS!!
