This may be at least partly satire; I can't find any confirmation of the "women are un-Islamic" statement, nor the part about women being either haraam or makrooh (though that seems borderline plausible).

If so, that would make this an Islamic [[Poe's Law|Poe]].

The haraam/makrooh dichotomy may be similar to early modern European views, as noted in a comment [https://plus.google.com/u/0/103133177397090504113/posts/eZkMRX1eEya here]: "women were either witches (literally) or empty vessels waiting to be filled (hopefully by the christian god but usually by the devil). Since women were weak, it was more womanly to give in to the devil and be evil, it was just generally assumed that all women were evil and therefore witches (and needed to be killed)."?
