Seems like the best solution to the healthcare problems you describe is a renewal of the Efficency Movement, which was a major component of the Progressive Era. <br><br>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efficiency_Movement<br><br>As for finance, I really believe that any government regs are completely reactionary. I'm not saying we shouldn't create new regs, but what I am saying is that it's 1 step forward, 1 step back. Abandoning capitalism isn't the answer.<br />
