About
Evidence-based thinking, popularly known as reality-based thinking, is the worldview which holds that reality is best understood by studying objective evidence and reaching conclusions through logic and reasoning.
It is primarily in opposition to control-oriented thinking, which holds that the only reality that matters is whatever people can be convinced to believe it is.
