3/8 update: Semantic MediaWiki is fighting me -- "The requested package mediawiki/semantic-media-wiki ~3.1 is satisfiable by mediawiki/semantic-media-wiki[3.1.x-dev] but these conflict with your requirements or minimum-stability."
