Misogynist pseudoscience is the particular branch of pseudoscience which seeks to find naively plausible justifications for a gender double-standard that systematically excludes or degrades women and girls.
A recent notorious example is James Damore's internal memo at Google, but other examples go back at least to the 1873 with the publication of Sex in Education; or, A Fair Chance For Girls by Harvard professor Edward Clarke, M.D.
