As I wrote on the article page, this seems to be perfectly acceptable content for Issuepedia; any opinion or reasonable argument may be posted on Issuepedia for further discussion and research.
The only wrinkle is figuring out how to keep it clear what the context is. If the piece turns out to need editing so as to be less promotional in nature, then we may end up creating two or more versions of the page: one version would be essentially the article as originally written (or as you prefer it to stand), with a header to indicate that it is basically a "static" editorial piece and not for rewriting -- with links to the other, "active" version(s), which may end up being significantly different from what you originally wrote.
But there is certainly no harm with it being here; if nothing else, it represents a point of view which needs to be known and examined.
One comment: the picture you uploaded should have some more annotations. What is the purpose of the picture, what is it supposed to indicate? Are you (presumably the copyright holder) releasing it under the GNU FDL? Do you have any information about the people in the picture -- their names, situations, relationships to each other? Where and when was the picture taken? Who took it?
Some of the items you mention might make good Issuepedia pages on their own, too -- e.g. you link to Wikipedia's article on Firestone Corporation. Wikipedia, in turn, has a section on the "Liberian rubber plant problem", which seems to be what your article is talking about. On Issuepedia, the Liberian rubber plant problem could have its own issue page -- as could Firestone Tire and Rubber Company (especially if there are other issues they are involved in), and as could Liberia (see countries). Teach Peace and Dave Dionisi could also have their own pages; this makes it unnecessary to repeat bio information at the end of each editorial piece (if you want a page which includes that information for press release purposes, let me know and I will write up a how-to on using templates for this purpose).
And finally: I found several useful links on the teachpeace.org site, and posted several of them here in appropriate places (the link about Ron Paul and the potential US invasion of Iran comes to mind, although I think there was at least one other).

Ok, but
I am unable to discover the markup to add a caption to the photo. According to the article, this is a photo of HandFul shot by Dionisi in Liberia. If Teach Peace and Dave Dionisi had their own page if would look more like an article and less like a press release or promotional material.
