About
HR 3200, otherwise known as "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009", is the bill put forth by the House Democrats in response to the Obama-Biden administration's proposals (commonly referred to as "Obamacare") for healthcare reform in 2009.
Unlike at least one earlier proposal (HR 676), HR 3200 is not a single-payer system.
It was eventually superseded by a similar bill, the Affordable Health Care for America Act (HR 3962).
