Greetings, Chriswaterguy, and thanks for the positive comments! Issuepedia has generally gotten very little attention so far (largely because of my lack of active campaigning for it) so it's great to get some cross-fertilization from a more active community. Transwikiage of issues-related material seems entirely appropriate to me; please let me know if there is anything I can do to facilitate this. The missions of Appropedia and Issuepedia, while entirely compatible (Issuepedia hopes to resolve some of the confusion and irrationality surrounding various issues so that, among other things, appropriate solutions such as those championed by Appropedia have a chance of prevailing over business-as-usual) seem to be largely overlapping, in that Appropedia is more interested in the practical details of implementation than in the socio-political issues which stand in the way.

Incidentally, I also run htyp.org, another wiki with a practical orientation – feel free to make any appropriate entries or cross-links there as well. I've added Appropedia to the sustainable living page.

hmm, I may have been mistaken...

Ok, now I'm confused... both of the links posted on User:KevinFryatt's user page went to domain squatter sites, so I deleted the page thinking it was spam... but then I looked at the history, and saw it was posted by you. Are those links supposed to be valid? I've had valid links that got redirected to spam pages before, so maybe that's what is happening here. Please confirm that the links work for you, and I'll restore the page and investigate further. Thanks. --Woozle 22:05, 13 February 2007 (EST)
