The Editorial Despot at Issuepedia is an unelected and unpaid position with the sole and absolute power to determine the contents, appearance, web hosting, domain name registration, and other details of Issuepedia. This position will remain in effect until such time as a satisfactory system of succession can be worked out (tenatively, we will use InstaGov) and a successor is chosen.
The position of Editorial Despot is currently (2005-2009) held by Woozle.
