Overview
NPOV is an acronym commonly used on Wikipedia and Issuepedia to stand for Neutral Point of View. It refers to Wikipedia's policy that articles should be written to represent all sides of an issue, without stating any kind of opinion preferring one such point of view over any of the others.
By contrast, Issuepedia's editorial policy allows reasonably sound opinion (RSO) (in pursuit of reinforcement by Contradiction), supplemented as much as possible by evidence and reasoned argument.
