I'm trying to figure out if this is really what I'd call a "group", or is it more "a number of people with certain qualifications (careers in foreign policy and intelligence) who also take a particular position (against Bush foreign policy)"? If they don't work together, then is their description -- "foreign policy and intelligence professionals who publicly oppose the foreign policies of the Bush II administration" -- the only thing they have in common?
