Asymmetric entry-exit

Asymmetric Entry-Exit describes any membership requirement which is applied more heavily once a member has joined. (It could also apply to the opposite, i.e. strict rules for membership which are only applied to new members and relaxed afterwards, but this is apparently much less prone to abuse.)
