Arguments for and against

The "periods of time" Wikipedia reference is poor phrasing since the time frame is quite specific and refers to one stretch of time instead of multiple stretches of time. It is true that this is a conspiracy theory because the supporters of the theory believe that the phantom time was a deliberate forgery made by a group of powerful people during the Middle Ages. I will have to add more on this to the page. Some of the arguments against in the Wikipedia article look like original research to me so would more properly belong in an article like this one instead of Wikipedia.
