2022-11-21 Count every penny before you go to the airport (via): guy slightly underdeclared how much cash he was carrying, US/gov/CBP took it all -- but didn't charge him with anything. So... what's the justification for taking it?

Shouldn't there be rules prohibiting a country from imposing bigoted rules?
