Mysticism about humans, also known as human mysticism, is the concept that "humans are beyond explanation" and "human interactions are beyond explanation". It is a pat response to anyone confused about why certain behaviors are allowed or occurred at all, and is a symptom of lazy thinking: ascribing to mysticism what can be ascribed to personal ignorance instead. There are parallels in old fashioned misogyny: "women are mysterious" is a form of this. In other words, it's a way of shifting the blame among other uses.
