They just want you to think that all of a sudden the entire population is steadily turning gay or turning trans -- just generation [hand gesture], generation [hand gesture]... Probably in about four or five generations, no-one will be straight anymore. Everyone will be gay or trans or non-conforming or whatever the list of 50 or 60 different options there are.

It has been suggested that this clip was taken out of context by those biased against MTG and legitimate viewpoints she is expressing on behalf of her constituents. Any of the following could be helpful in clarifying her intent:
What's available publicly is a 21-second clip, excerpted by a right-wing-watch group (so, could be biased against anyone displaying fascist tendencies) from a one-hour video stream on MTG's Facebook -- which Facebook removed for violating its policies (see BI article).
- 1. the entire video
- 2. a longer segment, preferably one which clarifies who "they" are
- 3. any comments from MTG in reaction to the clip, especially if she is saying she didn't mean to say what it sounds like she's saying.
Other things she has said in other contexts seem consistent with what she seems to mean in this one -- so pending any further evidence it seems likely that she meant it the way it sounds.
