I'm removing some items that don't apply, as long as Issuepedia doesn't really have a community (largely because of having to lock down to prevent spam). I wanted to make a note of those here, in case I want to refer to them:

** project:User Guide|New users
** portal-url|portal
** currentevents-url|currentevents

• "portal" went to Issuepedia:Community portal
• "currentevents" went to Issuepedia:Current events, which should probably be included in a site history somewhere
