The basic idea is to use the bible to counter all the crap that fundamentalists use it to promote, and then print this up on dead trees in a form suitable for leaving in hotel rooms and giving away to evangelists.

I see two main sections:

I. by topic: homosexuality, The Family, female subservience, etc.
II. by book: a brief look at the basic moral lessons in each book of the bible, with emphasis on (a) whether the morals make sense, and (b) whether they contradict other things in the bible or in physical reality.

The point is not to argue against the validity of the bible (or even the existence of God), but to point out how the bible is being used for evil (which includes literalism and infallibility doctrines).
