Yes, I think you're onto something there. I also follow Drexler's blog, and I vaguely remember reading that post, but I often come across people suggesting things that sound like Issuepedia, so I probably marked it as "important" in my RSS feed and then didn't think any more about it. I'm glad to see someone else making the connection.

It has always been a core principle of Issuepedia that even ''bad'' arguments need to be documented, if they arise frequently enough to be influential.
