Clarity Rule

This is inconsistently expressed on this page vs. the referenced page. Seems you might want the definitions to match.

I actually somewhat like this version: it is the speaker's responsibility to clarify their argument, not a reasonable and competent responder's responsibility to understand it.

I've revised and slightly expanded Issuepedia:Arguing/clarity, which involved adding links to another page or two I have yet to write.
