The Bundy Ranch in Nevada consists of 160 acres purchased by the Bundy family in 1948[S]. The Bundy family also claims to own additional acres of federal land upon which they began grazing their cattle in 1954 and and have continued to graze upon in violation of federal laws enacted in 1993.
