About

Durham Rescue Mission (DRM) is a Christianity-based charity in Durham, NC that provides aid to the homeless. It was founded by Ernie Mills and his wife in 1974.

DRM has recently drawn criticism for its efforts to close two through-streets in a slowly revitalizing area of eastern Durham, as detailed in an article in the Endangered Durham blog, with the aid of legal giant K&L Gates.
