The term unconditional basic income should arguably refer specifically to an unconditional living income (given the equivalence of "basic" to "living" in this context), but it seems to be used synonymously with several other terms for types of income which may or may not be enough to live on or unconditional:
- basic income
- basic income guarantee → guaranteed living income
- universal basic income → national unconditional living income
- national unconditional living income
- universal demogrant
- citizen's income
