About

Privilege blindness is when someone has privilege but doesn't realize it (or even refuses to recognize it). It can also refer to not seeing the privilege possessed by those around you.

It can result in instances of leopards ate my face because of a belief that unfair policies will never be enforced against the speaker or their friends, as well as a failure to understand that their experiences of fair treatment are far from universal.

It is related to personal exceptionalism.
